  • Increase Water Content:

 

Water is essential for proper metabolism and body care. It ensures the proper flow of blood throughout the body. For a perfect healthier body add at least 8 glasses of water to your day.

 

  • Calorie Consciousness:

 

Many women are so concerned about their body and looks, it is a good thought for physical perfection but remember one thing, removing calories unnecessarily from your body and can cause dizziness and weakness. Walking is so beneficial for body muscles. As it involving the expansion and contraction of muscles simultaneously it strengthens your body making it tight and active. Select one of your friend as your jogging partner, this will increase your interest and also decrease your mental stress.

 

  • Diet Plan:

 

You must Plan for a perfect diet routine. Have meal 5 times a day, 3 times heavy meal and 2 times lighter snacks to fulfill the demand and need of your body.

 

  • Workout :

 

Workout is the step to fitness. Use push-ups, use dumbbells and more to keep you fit. If you do not notice any mark able change in yourself rotate your exercise chart. Change your exercises daily.
